road links

Bogra is

rice, sweets
and yogurt.

north

Bogra

mahasthangrh
in
the
oldest
archaeological
site
of
Bangladesh
situated
on
the
western
bank
of

Karatoa.
The
spectacular
site
is
an

mounds
the
local
names
of
which
are
Govinda
Bita
Tempel,
Khodai
Pathar
Mound,
Mankalir
Kunda,
Parasuramer
Bedi,

Kunda
etc.

Hindus.

of Hindu

bathing

It

largest
project
Bangladesh
has
ever
implemented.
The
bridge

was
constructed
on
the
river
jamuna
connecting
east
and
northwestern
region
of

country.

4.8
km.
long
bridge
was
constructed
at
a
cost
of
US$950
million
thus
creating
an
uninterrupted
surface
transport
facility
from
Tekanf
(the
south-eastern
tip
of
Bangladesh)
to
Tetulia
(the
northern
tip
of
Bangladesh).

Nazrul
was
a
student
of
Dariampur
High
School
under
Trishal
Police
station.
Here
a
cultural
organization
styled
as
Nazrul
Academy
has
been
established
in
memory
of
the
great
poet.

sleep
beside
Dhaka
University

Mosque.
